To take full advantage of the opportunity of this zoned commercial 1 site, the aim of this project was to create a vibrant mixed use commercial centre. The project utilises retail, office, business, entertainment and community spaces to provide for residential uses at densities complementary to the role and scale of the commercial centre.

When the client provided this brief, we worked closely with them to provide vibrant visuals that met the overall vision and goals of the project. The material finishes and greenery, combined with the warm tones in the renders ultimately complement the projects vision of a vibrant communal space.
