This project for a modern duplex development called for a minimal approach to rendering.

While still keeping the high value of detail and awareness to each visualisation, this two storey duplex holds modernism at the forefront, which is evident in the minimal material choices throughout. This called for extra care to ensure the highest order of quality for the final product in order to enhance the true outcome of the final built product.
